Although born and raised on the South Side, I bleed Cubbie blue. I am a passionate Hawk's and Bear's fan as well and attend more Chicago sporting events than almost any man I ever met. I love eating out before, during and after the games. I was raised in a large Irish, Catholic family of 7 by a wonderful mother who is a terrible cook. In our house, dinner was ready when the smoke alarm went off. I now treasure great food and my steak rare.

Mary

A native of Chicago, born and raised in the "Little Italy/Taylor Street" neighborhood. I am most proud of my two children and the work I do as a nurse. I consider food an adventure because I enjoy trying all types of food. As any true Italian knows "eating" itself is an event. I was raised around food, most of it home made, but can appreciate the joy of dining out. I love dancing, music, reading, Chicago sports (go Cubs), and vacationing in the sun.

Born in Oak Park, Illinois, I come from a Greek/Irish family. I am a paralegal for a medium size law firm, and have four children. Food has always been the center of my family gatherings. I enjoy all types of food and love trying new and different restaurants. I enjoy reading, exercising, vacationing, entertaining friends and family, and eating out.

I am the youngest of 10 kids. Can we say Irish Catholic? I grew up in Central Illinois and until the age of 18, the only fish I ate was canned tuna and Mrs. Paul’s fish sticks. Friday’s during lent was painful. As a result of this shallow pallet, I hate shellfish and any type of seafood. However, I do like white fish if it’s swimming in a great sauce and not fishy smelling. Anyone that can relate to this will like my reviews!! As for my career path, I work in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry as a National Sales Manager. I live in the City and love everything about Chicago.

I'm Italian/Irish and married thirty plus years to a wonderful full-blooded Irishman. We have "yours, mine, and ours” which we raised under one big, sometimes crazy and noisy roof. After many challenging years of buying bluejeans, tennis shoes and paying tuitions, we are now able to live the "good life." We moved into a condo in the City and enjoy all the wonderful restaurants and events this place has to offer. My favorite place in the world is Positano, Italy. I would live there forever if I didn't have my family in the States.

Born and raised in the "suburban version of Little Italy" Melrose Park, Il. I grew up living and breathing everything Italian. A skinny kid, my dad paid me to eat. Wow – how things have changed!! Now--I have a passion for all foods-Italian, Thai, Mexican, Indian and all crustaceans!! A lawyer and a real estate broker by day--and a baseball aficionado by day and night I spend many hours in Wrigley Field or traveling to all American ballparks. Traveling is my second favorite thing in life to do--with my most memorable trips being Australia, Italy, British Columbia by rail, Scotland and all exotic beaches!!!
